INGREDIENTS:  150g butter  1 cup rolled oats  ½ cup flour  ½ cup brown sugar  ONETAI ORIGINAL MILK & MÃNUKA HONEY SPREAD  3 x green apples  METHOD: Turn oven on to 180 degrees on fan bake.  Peel apples and cut into small pieces.  Layer into an ovenproof baking dish. Add a small splash of water to the bottom of the dish.  Heat up 2 heaped tablespoons of ONETAI ORIGINAL MILK & MÃNUKA HONEY SPREAD for 20 seconds in the microwave and drizzle over top of the apples.  Place apples and Onetai spread in the oven to start cooking while you prepare...

A GREAT WAY TO START THE DAY. THIS SMOOTHIE WILL GIVE YOU A GOOD BOOST OF VITAMINS AND MINERALS IN A WAY THAT’S EASY TO DRINK. REFRESHING AND DELICIOUS!   INGREDIENTS:  2 bananas  1 Tablespoon of ONETAI ORIGINAL  MILK & MÃNUKA HONEY SPREAD  ½ cup almonds, roughly chopped  2 cups skim milk  5 ice cubes  METHOD: Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
