Onetai Churros
TRY ONETAI CHOCOLATE MILK & MANUKA HONEY SPREAD WITH CHURROS.
METHOD:
Simply place ONETAI CHOCOLATE MILK & MÃNUKA HONEY SPREAD in a small bowl microwave safe bowl. Heat until warm.
Serve the churros with the sauce and ice cream if desired.
Onetai Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
200ml soy milk
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana (chopped)
1 tablespoon ONETAI ORIGINAL MILK & MÃNUKA HONEY SPREAD
METHOD:
Add all ingredients to the blender and mix thoroughly.

INGREDIENTS: 150g butter 1 cup rolled oats ½ cup flour ½ cup brown sugar ONETAI ORIGINAL MILK & MÃNUKA HONEY SPREAD 3 x green apples METHOD: Turn oven on to 180 degrees on fan bake. Peel apples and cut into small pieces. Layer into an ovenproof baking dish. Add a small splash of water to the bottom of the dish. Onetai Banana Smoothie
A GREAT WAY TO START THE DAY. THIS SMOOTHIE WILL GIVE YOU A GOOD BOOST OF VITAMINS AND MINERALS IN A WAY THAT’S EASY TO DRINK. REFRESHING AND DELICIOUS!
INGREDIENTS:
2 bananas
1 Tablespoon of ONETAI ORIGINAL
MILK & MÃNUKA HONEY SPREAD
½ cup almonds, roughly chopped
2 cups skim milk
5 ice cubes
METHOD:
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
To serve, pour into glasses.
