Onetai Banana Smoothie

A GREAT WAY TO START THE DAY. THIS SMOOTHIE WILL GIVE YOU A GOOD BOOST OF VITAMINS AND MINERALS IN A WAY THAT’S EASY TO DRINK. REFRESHING AND DELICIOUS!  

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 2 bananas 

  • 1 Tablespoon of ONETAI ORIGINAL 

  • MILK & MÃNUKA HONEY SPREAD 

  • ½ cup almonds, roughly chopped 

  • 2 cups skim milk 

  • 5 ice cubes 

METHOD:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. To serve, pour into glasses.
