INGREDIENTS:

80ml Whipped Cream

Onetai Milk & Mānuka Honey Spread

85ml Espresso Coffee
METHOD:

Whip 80ml cream until it peaks and gently stir in 10g of lightly heated Onetai Milk & Mānuka Honey Spread.

Heat up and drizzle another 10g of Onetai Milk & Mānuka Honey Spread inside a latte glass or coffee cup

Pour 85ml of hot espresso into the glass/cup.

Top coffee with two spoonful’s of the whipped cream mixture.
PS. You can use any leftover whipped cream and Onetai Milk & Mānuka Honey Spread for scones, pancakes/crepes or as an extra to your dessert.
